Limited Release

On the night of April 27th, 1863, the Anglo Saxon went into the gulch at Cape Race.
237 people died that night.
Ellen Green was eighteen years old when her father pulled a stranger from the water and brought him into their home.
While her patient teetered on the edge of death, she wrote a letter, trying to find his family - to say that he was doing poorly, but alive.
What happened next took sixty-five years to fully understand.
For anyone who carries Newfoundland in their heart.
Included in this Collection:
-
Three letters, correspondence back to UK, printed on premium linen paper and sealed as they would have been sent
-
At least one hand-chosen keepsake tucked inside each letter - something special to each letter, here are a few of the things you'll find:
-
Ellen's sends the newspaper advertisement that brought the stranger to Newfoundland in the first place
-
Another letter includes the newspaper account of the wreck. His family would have read it, still not knowing whether or not he was alive.
-
Finally, a BONUS letter - which speaks of a family secret that no one has mentioned for over sixty-five years

Every collection is assembled by hand.
Each keepsake is carefully chosen and holds the clues to the story.

This is not just a story about a shipwreck.
It is a story about survival, and finding love when you least expect it.
Remember that the truth will surface, long after the sea has gone quiet.
For those who know these waters... it will feel familiar.
For those who don’t... it reveals how some stories refuse to be lost.
